What it does

Search to action in three steps

  1. Find it in seconds

Type a drug, disease or crisis. The answer is summarised before the card even opens.

  2. One fixed structure

Every card carries the same sections, so you know where the dose is without reading.

  3. Action, not prose

In a crisis the emergency view puts the steps and the first dose one tap away.

Six card types

All content lives in six card types

The type decides which sections are mandatory and what must be reviewed before publication

  • Knowledge

Structured, referenced reviews of the fundamentals.

    Example: airway physiology

  • Technique

Step-by-step procedures with the caveats at each step.

    Example: spinal block

  • Disease

What a comorbidity changes about the anaesthetic.

    Example: renal failure

  • Drug

    Dose, interaction, contraindication, organ-failure adjustment.

    Example: propofol

  • Crisis

An immediate-action algorithm with the first dose in step one.

    Example: malignant hyperthermia

  • Case

A patient case with its linked cards and the decision it led to.

    Example: emergency caesarean

Emergency view

When your hands are full and time is not

The emergency view is its own theme: near-black, one type step larger, 56px targets, nothing decorative left on screen

  • The first dose is in step one, not in prose
  • AAA contrast for theatre lighting
  • Gloved use: 56px touch targets

Where the content comes from

Every card passes three stages before publication

  1. Authoring

The card is written into its type template. Mandatory sections block submission until they are complete.

  2. Review

Cards carrying a red warning are reviewed first and nothing publishes without approval.

  3. Updating

The review date shows on every card and a changed warning propagates to the cards that reference it.

A free trial, no bank card
